25 Years Spent a total of 8 years in private architectural firms in England, New South Wales      and Northern Territory.  Experience included documentation of many projects for NSW Works Department. Employed by Queensland Department of Administrative Services, Project Services,         Accommodation Projects Group 1990.  Specialised in ministerial office fitouts. Established Marian Graham Architects based in Maryborough, Queensland in October 1990. Company restructure to Keystone Architects in July 2005.

34 Years in total. Design specialist. Previously employed by private architectural practices in Queensland (Brisbane, Noosa, Hervey Bay) and Port Moresby.
Project Experience
Design, documentation and contract administration of the care facilities for R.S.L. (Qld) War Veterans' Homes, ‘Baycrest’ in Hervey Bay valued at $5.5million and Stages 1, 2 & 3 at ‘Fairways’ in Bundaberg valued at several million dollars per stage. Restoration of Baddow House, imposing heritage listed home located in Maryborough. Current projects include a new Innovation & Technology building for St Mary’s College in Maryborough, a child care centre, a central commercial kitchen for Torbay Retirement facilities and an extension to Hervey Bay Hospital.
Summary
John’s experience in the various aspects of the architectural profession was gained on a large variety of projects of varying budgets.  These projects have involved most forms of construction and have included work for both the private and public sector and all classes of buildings. He has a thorough knowledge of the requirements of the local building environment.

Project Experience
Responsibility for the Brolga Theatre, in Maryborough, which was designed and documented in association with Bligh Voller Nield, and awarded the FDG Stanley Award for Public Buildings by the Royal Institute of Architects. Overseen design and construction of over 300 independent living units and a $9million 60 bed aging-in-place 2 storey building for RSL Care. Current projects include administering construction of a further 30 bed extension of the RSL Fairways facility in Bundaberg, and project leading a number of multi-storey residential projects in Hervey Bay.
Summary
Greg is our Documentation and Contract Administration specialist, with projects such as the award-winning Brolga Theatre being testament to Greg’s specification, documentation and contract administration skills. Greg is an accomplished CAD operator who takes pride in keeping on top of new technology.
